RPS was established May 1997 as an Illinois corporation. We are the nation's largest Managing General Agency with a strong focus on Binding, Programs, Standard Lines Aggregation and Open Brokerage business.

Our Technology
Our Corporate Information Technology staff is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Support extends into branch locations with immediate response staff. We have internal communications via intranet, and public communications.  Our state-of-the-art systems provide secure access anywhere in the world, 24/7.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility
RPS is known for doing the right thing even if it means referring business to a competitor. We set our standards high for our carriers, our retail brokers, and especially ourselves.

Our People
Nearly 900 associates are employed with RPS in more than 30 states. All employees undergo background checks at the time of hire. Generous benefits are offered and subsidized by RPS.
